Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
A cancellation policy is in effect at LPS Skin Studio as your time is valuable and so is ours!
Please provide 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Services will be charged 50% for insufficient notification of rescheduling and/or cancellation.
We do understand that unexpected scenarios occur however, we require 24 hours to rebook or cancel your appointment. If you know more in advance that you cannot make your appointment, please contact us at that time to avoid any penalties. The more notice the better!
No-Shows will be charged a 100% NO-SHOW FEE! Failure to pay this fee will result in restrictions for future booking.
For extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Arrival & Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late to your appointment will result in either a shortened appointment time or a cancelled appointment.
If the sum of the time you are late exceeds your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a cancellation fee. If you booked a longer service, the sum of the time you are late will be deducted from your appointment with no compensation.
